1. Informazioni generali
La Perla delle Eolie S.R.L. offre, esclusivamente su prenotazione, un servizio di navetta collettiva da e per l’Aeroporto di Catania Fontanarossa (CTA).
Il servizio è privato, non di linea, e viene effettuato con orari, fermate e tariffe pubblicati sul sito ufficiale. La prenotazione comporta l’accettazione integrale dei presenti Termini e Condizioni.
2. Modalità di prenotazione
Le prenotazioni possono essere effettuate tramite:

2.1 Pagamenti
Sono accettati i seguenti metodi di pagamento:
– Online con carta di credito/debito
– Bonifico bancario (su richiesta)
– In contanti o con carta a bordo, solo in casi eccezionali e previa autorizzazione
2.2 Prezzi e supplementi
Rates vary based on the departure location and can be viewed on the official website.
Applicable supplements:
– Extra baggage: €2.50
– Small pet (in carrier): €10.00
2.3 Changes and cancellations
– It is possible to modify the booking up to 24 hours before departure.
– In case of cancellation, no cash refund is provided: a
voucher of equal value will be issued, valid for 6 months.
2.4 Invoicing
The invoice can be requested at the time of booking through the website, call center, or
partner agencies. It will be issued electronically and sent via PEC or email.
3. Travel conditions
3.1 Service access
Passengers must present themselves at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before
departure, with booking confirmation (digital or paper).
3.2 Baggage
Each passenger can carry free of charge:
– 1 carry-on bag (max 10 kg)
– 1 checked bag (max 20 kg)
Additional or oversized baggage must be declared at the time of booking and
are subject to a surcharge.
3.3 Minors
– Minors under 14 years: only if accompanied by an adult.
– From 14 years and up: they can travel alone, in compliance with current regulations.
– Children under 150 cm: must travel with an appropriate child seat, provided
free of charge by the Company upon request.
3.4 Animals
Small animals are allowed, in a suitable and closed carrier, with payment of the
required supplement. Guide dogs are always allowed without additional costs.
3.5 Special equipment
The transport of bicycles, surfboards, musical instruments or bulky luggage must be
reported by email to in**@**********ur.it at least 48 hours before departure and is
subject to space availability.
3.6 People with disabilities
Standard vehicles do not have wheelchair ramps. It is possible to request equipped vehicles
with at least 48 hours' notice by writing to in**@**********ur.it.
4. Responsibility
4.1 Customer responsibility
– Provide correct data at the time of booking.
– Arrive on time at the meeting point.
– Maintain respectful behavior on board.
– Comply with regulations and staff instructions.
4.2 Company responsibility
La Perla delle Eolie guarantees the service except in cases of force majeure (traffic, adverse
weather conditions, strikes, accidents, flight delays or other causes beyond the Company's control).
In case of flight delay, the passenger may be placed on the next shuttle,
subject to availability.
5. Minimum number of passengers
5. Numero minimo di passeggeri
From October 1st to March 31st, collective services are subject to a minimum number of
passengers.
If this number is not reached, the Company will inform customers within 24 hours of
departure. In this case, the passenger may:
– confirm the ride by paying a supplement equivalent to 3 shares;
– move to another confirmed shuttle;
– receive a full refund of the ticket.
6. Service changes and cancellations
The Company reserves the right to change schedules, stops, or travel conditions for
organizational or safety reasons.
In case of service cancellation by the Company, the passenger will be offered a
refund, a voucher, or an equivalent alternative.
